CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle technique that releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction.  Using very light pressure, around the weight of a nickel, restrictions in the craniosacral system can be detected and releases can be facilitated.  This work is very effective in helping release symptoms associated with trauma of various origins.

                                                 

TMJ and Facial Pain Intra-oral Massage  is applied with gloved hands.   Using gentle pressure to the muscles inside the mouth that are involved in mastication (chewing and grinding).  Muscles of the face, neck, and upper back are also included.  This work is usually performed in response to TMJ (temporal mandibular joint) pain, tension headaches, teeth grinding and a whole host of apparently unrelated symptoms, i.e., ringing in the ears, ear pain, vertigo, and blurry vision.                                            

 Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and area on the feet. These reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems.  By using various techniques, the stimulation of these reflex points will enhance health and balance the organs and systems of the body.
